Stack Tower Privacy Policy
In short
- Stack Tower has no accounts and never asks for your name, email, contacts, location or photos.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your phone.
- The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects device information to show and measure ads.
- Purchases (“Remove Ads”) are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
Who we are
Stack Tower is a casual stacking game made by Mukku Pratap Reddy (“we”, “us”). If you have any question about this policy or your data, email pratap@pratapsoft.com.
Information stored on your device
The game saves the following on your phone only, so you can continue where you left off. We do not receive it.
- Levels unlocked, stars earned and your endless-mode best score
- Sound and music settings
- Whether you have bought Remove Ads, and how many games you have played (used to keep ads away from new players)
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes this information.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep Stack Tower free, the game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads appear only between games, as a banner on the menu, or when you choose to watch a video to continue a run. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- Your device’s advertising ID
- IP address (which can indicate your approximate location)
- Device and app information, such as model, operating system, language and app version
- Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped
- Diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data for the ads SDK
This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is encrypted in transit. Google’s use of it is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your choices:
- In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings at the bottom of the game’s menu.
- On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads on some phones).
- Buying Remove Ads turns off all banner and full-screen ads. The optional “watch a video to continue” stays available, and only plays when you choose it.
In-app purchase (Google Play)
The one-time “Remove Ads” purchase is processed by Google Play under Google Payments’ Privacy Notice. The app only learns whether the purchase was made, so it can switch ads off and restore your purchase after you reinstall. We never receive your name, card or other payment details.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone ourselves. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob (ads) and Google Play (purchases and app distribution), as described above.
Children
Stack Tower is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to content rated suitable for general and parental-guidance audiences. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data retention and deletion
Game data stays on your device until you clear the app’s data or uninstall it. Data collected by Google for ads is kept under Google’s retention policies; you can reset your advertising ID as described above. For any other request about your data, email pratap@pratapsoft.com.
Security
Stack Tower does not run its own servers or collect personal information. Communication between the app and Google’s ad and payment services is encrypted.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the app’s release notes on Google Play.
